  1. I am a director of a group of companies in South Africa and Lesotho. The organisations run on a very old school of thought / traditional management approach which was begun by my Dad. The businesses are fully owned by us as a family. We need some serious change and i dont know where to start. Our organisational structuring is not efficient and staff end up being inefficient.
